Welcome to my Website!

This is a web page I started in order to help folks who choose to turn wrenches on their own Magnas.  I have been a mechanic for 25 years and want you all to know that some motorcycle repairs require mechanical skills that may be beyond some folks capibility.  Please remember if you make a mistake repairing a bike it could be deadly.  I have posted links to the Honda Magna Service Manual, Honda Common Service Manual, and the Magna Owners manual.  There are also a few links to some very helpful magna forums.  I have also added a Forum to post any mechanical questions you may have on maintaining, repairing, or performing mods on your Magna.  For issues that we mortals can't seem to get worked out, here is Dave Dodge's e-mail contact Idrp123@mindspring.com  he is the V-4 God.  I'm just getting started on this project so please bear with me while I get this rolling.

O.K. I'll try not to bore ya'll to death, but here is a little about me.  I was raised on a farm in Waldron Arkansas, then joined the Air Force when I was 18.  I had always shown a lot of mechanical abilities so I decide to become an aircraft mechanic.  Through the years I have wrenched on just about everything the Air Force put wings or rotors on.  After I got married I found that I needed something to augment my military income so I went to work wrenching at local mechanic shops fixing cars, bikes or what ever got drug in that needed fixed.  I worked in shops on the side for 17 years of my military career and gained a tremendous amount of knowledge from many talented garage owners that took the time to refine my automotive skills.  I finally started my own repair shop and did well until the events of 911 took place.  Being military, I had to put away my wrenches and pack up for a few trips over seas.  It now is 2006 and I have finally retired from the USAF with 24 years of service. I have gone to work in the oil fields of East Texas working in production.  I still maintain my own rides and assist others, when I can, maintain theirs.
